TourneyTek is a Delaware corporation, incorporated in July 2025. It builds software for running live tournaments. So far it builds one thing, Poker Hawk, and the aim is for that one thing to be genuinely good before there is a second.

Who runs it
Tyler Henson is the founder and CEO, and he writes the software. Every platform Poker Hawk ships on, desktop, mobile, web, and the TV display, is his work, along with the infrastructure and the releases behind it.
The company has no employees and has never run payroll. That is stated here rather than glossed over, because it is the most useful thing to know about who you would be dealing with.
How the work goes
There is one product and the roadmap is short, which is deliberate. A company this size cannot win on breadth, so it does not try to.
Changes come from hosts describing something that got in their way, rather than from a plan written a year ago. Nothing ships on a schedule. It ships when it is right, which is the one advantage of being small enough to wait.
