These terms apply to tourneytek.com, the company website of TourneyTek, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using the site you accept them.
This is not the product
Poker Hawk is a separate service governed by its own Terms of Use and end user licence at pokerhawk.io. Signing up for or using Poker Hawk is covered by those documents, not this one. Nothing here changes them.
What this site is for
Reading about the company and getting in touch. You may read, link to, and share these pages. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, try to break into it, or use it to send unsolicited mail.
The contact form
Send us a real message and we will read it. Do not use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or automated, and do not send confidential information through it. Email is not a secure channel and we cannot promise a reply.
If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. That is not us claiming your work. It is that we cannot run a company where an unsolicited email creates an obligation, and we have no way to know what we were already working on before it arrived.
Our content
The text, images, and design of this site belong to TourneyTek, Inc., except where something is credited otherwise. The TourneyTek and Poker Hawk names and logos are ours. You may quote and link to the site normally. You may not present our material as your own or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and current, and we will fix mistakes when we find them or when someone points one out. We cannot promise every page is complete or up to date at every moment, and nothing here is a contractual commitment about what the product does. What the product does is described on its own site and governed by its own terms.

Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what is on it.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will say when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
