Data Deletion
Last updated 13 October 2026
This page explains how to ask TourneyTek, Inc. to delete information it holds about you. That includes anything that came to us through Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, for example a comment of yours that we replied to. Anyone can ask.
If you use Poker Hawk
You can delete your Poker Hawk account and its data yourself, in the mobile or desktop app or at pokerhawk.io/delete-account. Poker Hawk's privacy policy explains what that removes.
Everything else
Email contact@tourneytek.com with the subject “Delete my data”. To help us find it, tell us:
- your name, and the email address or social media account the information is about;
- where you think it came from, for example our contact form, or a comment on one of our Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn posts.
You do not need to have an account with us, and you do not need to say why.
What happens next
- We may check it is you. So nobody can delete someone else's information, we may ask you to reply from the email address concerned, or to show that you control the social media account concerned.
- We delete it within 30 days and reply to tell you what we found and what we deleted.
- If we have to keep something because the law requires it, such as a financial record, we will tell you what and why.
Our posts and replies
If a comment, reply or post that we published names you or answers you, we will delete it if you ask. Comments you posted yourself are yours, and you can delete them on the platform at any time.
If you removed one of our apps
Nobody outside TourneyTek signs in to our business tools, so there is normally nothing to remove. If you did remove a TourneyTek app in your Facebook settings and want any data deleted, email us as above.
More about what we hold
Our website privacy policy and our business tools privacy policy say what we collect and why.
