Business Tools Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

TourneyTek, Inc. uses a few tools of its own to run its social media accounts and its advertising. They connect to Facebook and Instagram through our Meta app, TourneyTek Ops; to X through our X app, Poker Hawk publish; and to LinkedIn through our LinkedIn app, TourneyTekOps. This page covers those tools. The TourneyTek website has its own policy at tourneytek.com/legal/privacy.

The short version

These tools are for us, not for you. Nobody outside TourneyTek signs in to them. They post to our own accounts, run our own ads and read the totals on how those did. They do not read your messages, collect your profile or tell us who saw an ad.

Whose accounts they act on

Only ours: the Poker Hawk and TourneyTek Facebook Pages, the Poker Hawk Instagram account, the Poker Hawk X account, TourneyTek's LinkedIn page and TourneyTek's Meta ad account. Each tool is connected with a login that belongs to the company, or for LinkedIn, to a TourneyTek administrator of our page.

What they do

  • Facebook and Instagram. Publish posts to our Pages and our Instagram account. Post comments as our Page, either a reply to a comment on one of our posts or a comment on another Facebook Page's post. Create, start, pause, re-budget and end ads in our own ad account. Read totals: our follower counts, how many people saw and engaged with our Pages and posts, and what our ads cost and how many times they were seen and clicked.
  • X. Publish posts, with images, to the Poker Hawk account, and read the follower counts of our own accounts.
  • LinkedIn. Publish posts, with images, to TourneyTek's page as the company, and read the page's own latest post to check the connection still works.

Nothing is posted and no money is spent until a person at TourneyTek has approved it.

What they hold about you

Usually nothing. There is one exception, and two things we never do.

  • If we reply to your comment. To put our reply under your comment on Facebook, we keep the comment's ID, along with our reply. Your comment itself stays where you wrote it.
  • Our numbers are totals. The figures we read for posts and ads are counts. Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn do not tell these tools who saw or clicked something, and the tools do not ask.
  • What the tools never do. They do not read private messages, collect profile information, upload customer lists to build ad audiences or run lead forms.

What we do with it

We use it to run our own marketing and keep track of it: deciding what to post, judging whether a post or an ad worked, and keeping ad spend within the limits we set. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not use it to build a profile of anyone.

Who else touches it

Four services, each doing one job. GitHub runs the scheduled jobs that post and read the totals. Vercel hosts our internal work board, where approvals, our replies and the totals are recorded. Google Cloud stores that board's data. Anthropic provides the Claude AI models our assistants use to read the board, draft posts and report on results. A person still approves anything before it is posted or spent. What we post goes, of course, to Meta, X or LinkedIn. Each of these services has its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

There is no fixed period. We keep it as long as we need it to run and account for our marketing. Records of what we spent on ads are financial records, and we keep them for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete information about you, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it, and if it does, we will tell you so.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete anything we hold about you, including anything that came to us through Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, follow the steps on our data deletion page. Anyone can ask, and we act on requests within 30 days. Comments you posted yourself are yours, and you can delete them on the platform at any time.

Children

Our accounts and ads are not directed at children, and these tools do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If the tools start doing something new with information, this page changes first, and so does the date at the top. We do not make changes quietly.
