Privacy Policy

This policy covers tourneytek.com, the company website of TourneyTek, Inc.. Poker Hawk, the product, is a separate service with its own privacy policy at pokerhawk.io. This page does not describe how the product handles your data.
The short version
This site is a set of pages about the company. It has one form on it. We do not sell anything here, we do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no account to create.
What we collect
There are two things, and that is the whole list.
- What you type into the contact form. Your name, your email address, and your message. It is emailed to us and nothing else is done with it. We do not store it in a database on this site.
- Anonymous page analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We see totals, not people.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. We use them to keep the site up and to stop the contact form being abused.
Cookies
This site sets none. That is why you were not asked to agree to any. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you will be asked.
What we do with your message
We read it and, usually, we reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not have one. We do not sell, rent, or share what you send with anyone, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Who else touches it
Three services, each doing one job. Vercel hosts the site. Mailgun delivers the contact form message to our inbox. Microsoft hosts the mailbox that receives it. Each has its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in the mailbox as ordinary email. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will do it. Given the above, the answer is usually going to be a single email thread.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes quietly.
