TourneyTek Console Privacy Policy

TourneyTek Console is the staff app for TourneyTek, Inc. It is for people who work with TourneyTek; accounts are created by the company, and there is no way to sign up in the app. This page covers the app. The TourneyTek website has its own policy at tourneytek.com/legal/privacy, and Poker Hawk, the product, has its own at pokerhawk.io.
What the app collects about you
- Your account. Your name and work email address, which the company sets up when it creates your account, and the access it grants you. You sign in with your email and password through Google Firebase Authentication.
- A notification token. If you allow notifications, the app stores a delivery token for your device, linked to your account, so it can tell you about new support tickets and content reports. Turning notifications off in iOS settings stops them.
- Face ID sign-in, if you turn it on. Your email and password are kept in the iOS Keychain on your device so Face ID can sign you in. They never leave the device for this purpose, and TourneyTek cannot read them.
That is the whole list. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking, and it does not use your data to follow you across other apps or websites.
What you see in the app
Depending on your access, the app shows company information, such as pay stubs, time off, tasks and the staff directory, and information about Poker Hawk's customers that you need to do your job, such as accounts, support tickets and payments. That information belongs to TourneyTek and its customers, and is governed by the agreements and policies it was collected under. The app shows it to you; it does not collect it from you.
Where it is stored
On Google Firebase (Google Cloud), in the TourneyTek and Poker Hawk projects. Email you send from the app passes through TourneyTek's server to Poker Hawk's email service, which delivers it with Mailgun.
Keeping and deleting it
Your account lasts as long as you work with TourneyTek. When it ends, the company closes the account, and you can ask for your data to be deleted by emailing contact@tourneytek.com. Store-review demo accounts can be deleted from inside the app under Account.
Children
The app is for TourneyTek staff and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes quietly.
